Founded by James E. Hoard III, the firm brings over twenty years of hands-on design leadership to every engagement. James has led product design teams, built and scaled design systems, facilitated executive alignment, and shipped complex software and digital products for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 healthcare companies to early-stage AI startups.
Our current focus is AI-integrated design practice: helping teams design AI-enabled product experiences, define interaction models, build human-in-the-loop workflows, and integrate AI into the day-to-day operations of design and product organizations.
